About DLF Group

DLF Limited (formerly Delhi Land & Finance) is one of India's largest and most influential real estate developers, with a legacy dating back to 1946. Founded by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh, the company initially focused on developing residential colonies in Delhi, including areas like South Extension, Greater Kailash, and Hauz Khas . Following the Delhi Development Act of 1957, which restricted private real estate development in Delhi, DLF shifted its focus to Gurgaon (now Gurugram), transforming it into a major urban and commercial hub.

DLF is currently led by Chairman Rajiv Singh, with Kushal Pal Singh, the founder's son-in-law, serving as Chairman Emeritus. Under their leadership, DLF has maintained its position as a dominant force in India's real estate sector. Notably, the company's $2 billion IPO in 2007 was the largest in India's history at that time .
